Welcome to the Hackney Menopause Cafe!
Join us for a cosy gathering at WaterHouse Hoxton where we'll chat, share experiences, and support each other through the ups and downs of menopause/perimenopause.
Whether you're looking for advice, a friendly ear, or just some good (and free!) tea and cake, this is the place to be. Come meet new friends, and maybe even learn something new about this stage of life. No judgment, just good vibes and understanding. Everyone is welcome. See you there!
Hackney Menopause Cafe has been set up by local residents, with support from The City & Hackney Women's Health Hub (Homerton Healthcare NHS Trust).
The menopause cafe is a welcoming space with no set agenda. It operates on a not-for-profit basis, and does not endorse products or any particular views. The privacy of all participants is respected.
Register before coming or just turn up - you can arrive at any time during the cafe from 5:30-7:30pm. Most people arrive during 5:30-6:00pm, then we have facilitated conversation from 6:00-7:00pm.
